USAX provides advisory services related to US work visas and US business formation. We are not a law firm; legal advice is provided by partner counsel when required. Outcomes (including visa approvals) are not guaranteed.

3. Payment

All prices are in EUR and payable in advance. Service begins upon receipt of cleared funds.

4. Client Obligations

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information. We are not liable for outcomes affected by inaccurate disclosures.

5. Limitation of Liability

USAX's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
