Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid services provided by USAX ("we", "us"). By purchasing a service you agree to the terms below.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that no substantive consulting work has been delivered (this includes consultation calls, written strategy, document drafting, or filing).

If work has begun but not been completed, a partial refund may be issued on a pro-rata basis at our discretion, less the value of work already delivered.

The following are non-refundable once delivered:

• Completed consultation calls
• Delivered written strategy documents
• Filed visa petitions or government fees
• Third-party legal or government charges

Email help@usax.site with your order reference and reason. We respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most disputes can be resolved directly and faster.
